Under some circumstances, programs with low enrollment may run the first week to encourage registration, but may be cancelled in the second week.Class changes and cancellations can occur due to low enrollment as late as the day before the class begins.There will be no refunds or credit after the third class.If transferring to a program of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference between the programs if the program is of lesser value, the difference will be credited onto your account.You may transfer from one program to another prior to the third class.If a refund is requested at a later date, a $15 administration fee will be charged.This credit can be used towards most recreational programs and services offered by Campus & Community Recreation and will expire.No administration fees will be charged when requesting a credit The credit will be for the cost of the remaining classes.Instead of a refund, you can request a credit for another class to be added to your account.This will be mailed to you 3-6 weeks from the time the refund is requested If the original payment was by cash or cheque, you will be refunded by cheque.If the original payment was by credit card or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original payment.A refund will be issued for the value of the remaining classes.After the second class, you may attend a program that allows drop-in with the purchase of a drop-in pass.There will be no refunds or credit after the third class You may withdraw from our programs prior to the third class.If you do not use your assigned UAlberta email, our registration system will not recognize your student or staff status. You will need to reset your password if this is your first time logging into our registration system. If you are a current U of A student or staff member, use your UAlberta email address to log in and access your registration account.
